About Us

Thoraxtrainer ApS was founded in 2008 by Jonas Thor Olsen and Ulrich Ghisler.

Jonas Thor Olsen Denmarks best cross country skier for many years, with numerous Danish championships to his credit; one Olympic and four World Championship entries and a winner of the extreme skiing Arctic Circle Race. 
Beside his professionel career as a cross country skier he is an engineer specialised in mechanical construction. He has during his studies as the final graduate project, developed the ThoraxTrainer.

Ulrich Ghisler Medical doctor and former national coach for the Danish cross country skiing team and the national triathlon team and former doctor for the Swedish cross country skiing team. 
Today a mental performance trainer and coach for several elite sportsmen in Denmark and Sweden. 
Has himself been a member of the national cross country skiing and triathlon teams. World cup and ﾊworld championshipparticipant and several times Danish champion in both skiing, rollerskiing and triathlon. Second place in the world championships prologue in rollerskiing 1997.
